For Combat Spec
Blade Flurry+ Adrenaline Rush+ Evasion+ Stoneform (for dwarves), and if you have a trinkent that ups your damage output, AP, or dodge rating for that matter you might wanna pop it too= A nice quick burst of damage, especially helps in Group fights, might wanna make sure you Vanish is ready to go though, because when it wears off, you will have aggroed just about everything.
It's really helpful when you're with a group and the Healer is down or the Tank has bitten off more than he/she can chew. It will pull some heat off the tank, or give the rest of the group time to retreat. Just make sure you're well away for anyway CCed mobs.
Also works well for Single mobs and Boss fights for that last push.
